A Woody layout

More digital layouts! I found Disney photos since this is a Disney blog. These are from our trip in 2007. My crop girls: Let me know what you think. Can you tell the difference between this and a paper layout? Happy New Year!

My first digital lay out! I finally got the right abode elements for my mac. Then I found quicktime videos I could download to learn how to make a layout and came with a digital kit. I am loving the digital ease of scrapbooking. Now what am I going to do with all my real paper and supplies?

But why are all the Jacks gone?

Disney news: All Jack Sparrow characters have been remove from Disney world because they seemed to get the young females 'over excited' if you will. First of all he's not Johnny Depp. Trust me. I love Jack as much as (Actually probably a lot less in this case) next girl, but these actors are not as cute, suave or charming as Johnny. You don't know who they are or what they do in real life. This is what happens when you let alcohol into the parks even in moderation. I will always have my Jack picture to remember the good old days. Ladies keep your fantasies clean while in the parks, savy?

Ice, ice baby!

We have been the lucky ones this weekend. We didn't loose power. Not even a flicker. We offered our house as refuge to all those who weren't so lucky, but had no takers. Most are used to this weather by now, especially those that live outside the metro Manchester, Nashua, Concord areas, and already have generators. Since I didn't have to go into emergency mode, I took a few pictures and video instead. For all the damage the ice caused in a short period of time, it melted just as fast. My thoughts are with all you without power.

Tree up, ready for presents!

The holidays are here once again. And once again, the UPS man has been dropping off new Disney Christmas stuff, including the new mantle swag that says "The Suters" on it. I love a Disney Christmas!

P.E. class hero?!

I was a hero today. My class was sitting and waiting for P.E. to start. We watched the first grades practice overhand throws by trying to throw a beanie baby in a milk carton. A few went in. As the first grade teacher arrived to pick up her class, she and I were forced to try out our throwing skills, of which I have none. The first try we all missed. the P.E. teacher said, "Okay if one of us gets this one, we all go to Disney World,". I said, "Okay but I need the penguin beanie baby for good luck,". I grabbed it, we threw, and, by some miracle I made the shot from center court! My class lost it! You would have thought we REALLY WON a trip. I felt like I won a REALLY TRIP! For once in my life I was the P.E. class start!

Disney News: I saw HSM3 again yesterday. It's better the second time because I can sing along.

Pengins don't belong in Africa

Now I know this is Disney Dreams and thus I should not see anything but children's Disney movies. However, my love of penguins drew me to Madagascar 2. Unfortunately, the penguins were the only good things about the move, but worth the admission price. You can't beat the humor of playing Barry Manilow's "Copacabana" while flying the plane on a 'mission'. No one has learned the art of story telling quite like Disney though. Story bad; penguins hilarious! Wait for the DVD on Netflixs.

Meanwhile, HSM3 has been number 1 at the box office for 2 weeks. Disney will miss this money making brand now that it's winding down. I just hope Zac Efron can find roles that suit his voice.

Those of you who are interested in going to Disney next year should check out their travel sight. They are offer buy 4 nights, get 3 free! This is on vaule resorts and does include ticket through March. Disney know the economy is in the toilet and has to make it wroth while for people to travel down to Florida.
